You’re welcome to browse the website, share links to it and get in touch through it. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it or get unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, or copy large parts of it with automated tools.

The website and what’s on it, including our games’ artwork, our logos, names such as Clutch Point and gamecard, the text and the design, belong to Cosmic Canvas Productions or to those who license them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You can view it, share links to it, and show or quote small parts when talking about our work, as long as you credit us. For anything else, like reusing artwork or logos, please ask us first.

Code we publish on GitHub is covered by the license in each repository, not by these terms.

What we say about games and tools in development, such as their features, platforms or release timing, describes our current plans. It may change, and it isn’t a promise or an offer.

Contacting us doesn’t create a contract or an obligation for either of us. If we work together, for example on a serious game or a custom project, that work will be covered by a separate written agreement.

We link to websites we don’t control, like GitHub and social networks. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Cosmic Canvas Productions is established. This doesn’t take away the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.
